Windows 10 Insider Preview に、 RAD Studio 10 Seattle Architect Trial
をインストール後、プロジェクトをコンパイルしたときに、このエラーが出ました。

このWindows 10 Insider Preview には、以前、Visual Studio(Communityか Express 2013 for Windows Desktop)
をインストールし、その後、アンインストールしていたので、レジストリに余計なものが残っていたようです。
