[MSBuild エラー] The "CreateEntitlementFile" task failed unexpectedly.
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: パス '\..\..\Entitlement.TemplateOSX32.xml' へのアクセスが拒否されました。
場所 System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
場所 System.IO.File.InternalCopy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite)
場所 Borland.Build.Tasks.Shared.CreateEntitlementFile.genEntitlementFile()
場所 Borland.Build.Tasks.Shared.CreateEntitlementFile.Execute()
場所 Microsoft.Build.BuildEngine.TaskEngine.ExecuteInstantiatedTask(EngineProxy engineProxy, ItemBucket bucket, TaskExecutionMode howToExecuteTask, ITask task, Boolean& taskResult)

このようなエラーが出る場合には、プロジェクトプションの

  • ユニットの出力ディレクトリ
  • 出力ディレクトリ

に

.\$(Platform)\$(Config)

　
を指定してみてください。
